One day teacher workshops

The following dates have been set for one day teacher PD in 2012. Workshops will connect the strands of Human Endeavour, Inquiry Skills and Understanding in Science at targeted year levels. Teachers of all year levels welcome. To register for PD days contact education@gdc.asn.au

Year 5 – Friday 4th May

Year 7 – Friday 11th May

Year 10 – Friday 18th May

Year 11/12 Physics – Friday 25th May

Intensive teacher workshops (3 days)

Three day workshops will study in detail Australian Curriculum Science outcomes, student activities, teacher resources and ideas. Workshops will be held in Terms 1,2 and 3. To register your interest contact education@gdc.asn.au

Year 5 – Fridays 9th March, 8th June, 10th August

Year 7 – Fridays 16th March, 15th June, 17th August

Year 10 – Fridays 23rd March, 22nd June, 24th August

Year 11/12 Physics – Fridays 30th March, 29th June, 31st August

Venue: Gravity Discovery Centre

Time: 9:45am – 2:30pm

Cost: $70 per teacher one day workshops, $180 per teacher three day workshops (Includes morning tea and lunch)
