It is most rewarding to see such involvement and interest in young students.. Well done Kalgoorlie!

Peter brought rocket science to Kalgoorlie last week. He visited 2 schools while there and the response was awesome. Everyone had a great time and hopefully learned something as well    Peter tells us that there is a lot of science talent up there in Kal and we hope to see some of those budding scientists here at the GDC soon.

Curtin volunteers and GDC staff had a great weekend together clearing our biodiversity bushwalks. the students did an amazing job. Have a look at the Gravity Discovery Centre FB page for more pictures. While at the GDC the CV’s planted a bottle brush in memory of the late John deLaeter. We are looking forward to the next visit!
