“All you Need is Love” exhibition by Antigone Radunovich

This wonderful exhibiton of photography on canvass will commence on Sunday, 14th February at 4:30pm with an opening event in the Cosmology Gallery. Please join us for refreshments and meet Antigone in person. She will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding her work.

The photographs wil be at the GDC until the end of March 2010 and are available for purchase.

Antigone Radunovich has traveled the globe and currently lives and works in her hometown Perth, Western Australia.

This is her first solo exhibition. Like all artists, Antigone has a unique way of seeing the world. Life as she sees it is a delicate balance of colourful, chaotic and contrasting people, animals, nature and events which manage to coexist with humanity’s fundamental ethos of love.

In “All You Need Is Love,” Antigone, a lover of poetry and fiction, presents the audience with an exquisite lyrical essay of photographic images. Antigone’s colourful photos are recorded moments of sensitive, funny and bold encounters from her travels throughout Europe, America and Bali in 2009.  Antigone’s background is in graphic design, film and photography.

Antigone has studied extensively and has obtained degrees in a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) from Curtin University, Western Australia, and a Master of Fine Arts (Photography and Related Media) from the School of Visual Arts, New York.
